Tebtom: a holistic and extra healthcare brand for Bupa’s customers.
Bupa Arabia created an extra healthcare service for its customers. The notion behind the sub-brand is that while Bupa’s provides insurnace for its customers, Tebtom wants its customers to stay healthy. I worked on creating the brand from the outset, all the way to launching the creative campaign.
Role: Concept, Art Direction, Photography Art Direction, Storyboarding, Copywriting..
Brand System Samples
The name of the sub-brand Tebtom is Arabic for “Stay Healthy”. The flower symbol is the genuine wish from a giver to a receiver to stay healthy.
The icons are an informative translation of the services offered by Tebtom. They are descriptive and easy to understand.
Full brand system has been developed.
Photography Art Direction
Imagery inspires what Tebtom promises: health, welfare, and happiness. It needs to invoke warmth in the hearts of Bupa’s customers.

The idea was in inline with the creative strategy: While Bupa’s insurance is there to protect you, Tebtom services from Bupa are there to provide you with care.

Tebtom Film
Yehya (Based on a true story).
Inline with the brand purpose, I created the story of Yeha. It’s a true story that happened with one of Bupa doctors. The film depicts how the doctor surrounded the client with care, and managed to help her deliver her child, which could be not alive without the doctor’s help. That’s why the parents called him Yehya (Arabic for: he who lives).
